U-POL is a worldwide auto-refinish company with sales in over 100 countries, and three key brands: U-POL, Raptor and Isopon. The business hadn’t invested in its digital strategy for many years and its websites were no longer fit for purpose or for online sales.


U-POL’s key objective was to create websites for each of the brands which accurately reflected their market leading position and enabled them to grow into new markets and adjacent sectors, including online sales – with the capacity for regional product and language variants across all three sites.


9y designed and built three websites with a huge capacity for product, language and content variants by utilising multi-layered digital production techniques which enable the brands to react quickly and simply to local requirements. This is a flexible, future proof solution which has repositioned the brands and opened up new markets and sales channels. It is mobile optimised, with one easily maintained CMS, rich content, customer location, intelligent product selection, on line forums, a structured social media platform and ecommerce capacity for direct online sales. U-POL’s market leading status is now reflected online, right around the world and right across its brands.
