A famous brand with over 160 years of history, Twyford had a safe and reliable reputation in the commercial sector but was seen as a little old-fashioned and in need of a reinvigorated image in today’s style-conscious retail and designer/specifier markets.

THE BRIEF

Twyford’s biggest product launch for a decade presented a great opportunity to give the brand a fresh and vi- brant new look – with comprehensive ranges of bathroom products designed to revitalise bathrooms all around Britain, supported by eye-catching marketing with the ‘wow’ factor – to make the market sit up and take notice.

 

THE UNEXPECTED SOLUTION

We moved away from standard room set shots and took a bold approach to the big product launch, introducing a dynamic new direction for the whole Twyford brand. A heavyweight press campaign, launch event, emails, giveaways, exhibitions, social media and instore POS exploded on the market with a bright colour palette and a unique way of presenting a huge range of products….changing the way people think about Twyford and creating a buzz of excitement around the brand.
