Gamestec is the largest gaming and amusement machine operator in the UK, and the number one name in electronic entertainment. Five years ago their innovative iPub machine transformed the digital gaming experience and now it has evolved into the even more advanced iPub2.
Launching iPub2 at ICE, the biggest international event for the industry posed the challenge of showcasing the machine against a bright and busy background featuring thousands of machines – including many others sharing space on the flagship stand of Novomatic, Gamestec’s parent company.
THE UNEXPECTED SOLUTION
Our team went over to Gamestec, took time getting to know not just the brand but the machine and its games – then took the hexagonal design element of the iPub2 logo to create a striking visual theme for the launch, with messaging based around the bold claim ‘i am iPub2. Brand new and brilliant.’ This gave the display real impact in a crowded environment and was complemented by a hexagonal fold leaflet and promotional materials using simple ‘i’ messages to communicate the USP’s of this ‘intelligent’ gaming machine, which adapts and evolves to suit its environment….as does our thinking for all our clients.
